Walkway Wonders

More of the day lilies along the walkway are blooming. This particular variety is an intense color and quite prolific as you can see from the many buds on the plant. I chose this particular grouping as it depicts the lily from different vantage points, as well as a spent blossom in the background. Thought it was kinda cool.

Our weather took a drastic turn today after major rain last night. It's only 60 degrees right now and has been overcast for most of the day. I'm not complaining as the cool weather put me in a productive mood. Laundry, ironing, and cleaning out a closet today. Woohoo....wonder what tomorrow will bring?
