Supermoon

A supermoon and a royal baby...
Went out to photograph this with son #1 (hoping to widen his interest in physics and get him away from his computer!) Always an odd feeling being out in the churchyard in the dark without a torch.
The moon was full and close to the earth during it's orbit so it was slightly bigger than normal.
This is the first night shot I've taken with my camera and tripod. Would like to try more now...
