A Wee Walk

Well I was well sucked into the local way of thinking today... "It's only a wee 10 minute stroll,"..."just round the next bend"... "Aye there are a couple of stairs but it's fine"....

A full tour of the Giant's Causeway, a walk round the town of Bushmills and a trip to the Carrick a Rede rope bridge and my legs were saying otherwise lol. It was, however, all more than worth the effort, the Causeway is particularly breathtaking.

Quick hour at home to recharge,then ready and out to O'Connors for Jim's birthday dinner (amazing food if you are ever in Ballycastle). Few drinks out then home for a couple more (without having to worry about the stroll home late at night).

Dunluce castle and Bushmills Distillery tomorrow.
