It seems the Council are replacing the pay and display ticket machines around the city centre, possibly in preparation for increasing the fees. They were meant to put prices up in May, but nothing's happened yet.

Still no thunder storm today. And too warm again in the office. Ideal temperature tonight though, sitting outside Eden Court, not even a breeze. How perfect would it be to have it like that all the time?
