cousins

We have had a lovely family day in spite of heavy rain. It did clear up enough for games of hide and seek in the garden and for petting the ponies, but not enough to take the family shots I had wanted. I did get lots of indoor shots of us all but I liked this the best of the girl and my eight year old niece.

The little fella played happily all day, much food and drink was consumed and we all had a laugh and enjoyed each other's company.
My sister and her family arrived late due to a delay with the car hire, but brought the sunshine with them when they did come and we spent the evening sitting outside.
