Braised Borlotti Beans

I love these braised beans with sun-dried tomato and rosemary. When they are cooked properly the skins are crisp and salty and the body of the beans are soft and smooth. You can eat them hot with sausages or cold as a salad. They are even delicious spread thickly on hot toast with gobs of melting butter.

No I am not giving you the recipe, you will have to come and visit.
