Sunshine Vitamin Dose

There's a story behind this weird photo! It's D's day off so we went swimming in our community pool and afterwards I lay face down on the sun-lounger to expose my back to the sun for 20 mins. That is the recommended time to get the daily requirement of Vitamin D3 from the action of the sun on the natural oils in your skin- exposing as much skin as decently possible to the sun, when the sun is directly overhead and as long as you don't wash your skin for at least 4 hours afterwards. That's it! Simple really! Oh and no sunscreen.
