The Butterfly Bush

I counted at least 5 species of butterfly on my Buddleia (sometimes called 'the butterfly bush) today though taking a decent pic was a challenge as it was breezy all day. After countless fuzzy attempts, I was pleased to blip this European Peacock (Inachis io).

I have finally completed the book design for our new Walk! Menorca edition. Phew! I'm uploading the files to our printer in Oxford now. There's always something like an end-of-term lightness and release when a big book project is finished. I think I'll treat myself to a day of art tomorrow.
