New shoes!

Running shoes obviously! Yes, I've had a splurge on exercise equipment this week, Lol!

There is nothing like that first few runs in brand new, state of the art, running shoes...

These are Mizuno Wave Rider 16 by the way, to which I am a total convert from Asics after buying my first pair of Mizuno Wave Rider 15's last year. :)
