An odd day gets worse

As some may remember I have Fibro and am used to low energy. This morning was different though in the extreme. I ran out of energy in mid shower and needed help from V to dry and get back to bed where I stayed most of the day.

Then. Just after tea my Apple Watch suggests it has detected signs of Atrial Fibrillation. A call to 111 suggests I need a further phone consultation which should happen within 6 hours or so. So I wait.
