To that end, I must go, as James is stood at my side, wearing his swim shorts, waiting to go in, so i will supervise from the side.

Gym
Shopping.
1/2 mile swim with Jimbo.
barbeque.
Realisation that people that you thought were OK can actually sometimes be really quite bombastic and rude.
