Yesterday's exertions climbing up the railway embankment have convinced Mrs Woodman that she needs to get more exercise and get fitter. As they do everything together Mr Woodman has joined her on their exercise bike, after all it is nearer to a tandem than a bike for them as it needs both of them to pedal.

They put on a bit of Queen, and it's a good song to get them working hard and getting hot and sweaty, so that the drops of sweat sparkle on their faces.
