Little shiny thing

.....looking as if the paint hasn't dried yet. This is one of the first ladybirds I've seen in the garden this year, usually there's loads but they've been conspicuous by their absence, no idea why, lack of greenfly maybe?

PS to Xtine....the comedy cat blip had to be shelved when the feline in question made it abundantly clear it just wasn't going to happen, spotted the ladybird while working on the unsuccessful persuasion process and breathed a sigh of relief!
