Bubbling clouds

Saw our young group off via lifts and trains this morning (taking 6 plus luggage over to Penrith was a challenge even in the Defender). The rest of the day seemed remarkably quiet. I had to catch up with a few client / magazine related jobs, so a good chunk of the day was spent sitting at the computer, but when I spotted these clouds "bubbling up" over the fells, I couldn't resist. It's a phrase they seem to use when describing the weather forecast in Cumbria, and it couldn't be more appropriate.

I also liked the way the right hand cloud echoed the shape of Blencathra, and the little cloud shadow seemed to add to the depth.

Totally confused as to the day - workshop finished - should be Saturday, but isn't!
