Après meal

This beautiful flower is at a friend's house, where we went back to after our monthly lunch out, although I haven't a clue what it's called.

The lunch was lovely and I would have like both of the first courses, goat's cheese salad, and scrambled eggs and asparagus, but could only have one so chose the salad. For the second course I had paella, which was slightly unusual because it only had squid and cod in it, but it was delicious, and I opted for the fresh fruit salad for pudding which consisted of plum, pear and pineapple. With water, wine and coffee the bill came to 12 euros each.
