The Bumble Bee

Or as my 2 year old Grandson likes to call them! Bum Bum Bees.
The Bees were having a feast today on some Dahlias that I planted out ready for Grandson, Aston's 2nd Birthday party tomorrow? Though judging by what they are saying of the weather tomorrow.I don't think we will spending much time outside?
This was taken with my Nikon D3 rather than the D800 as strange as it may seem,I find the detail to be finer even though the sensor on the D3 is only a third of that of the D800???i KNOW NOT WHY! But as long as I get results like these,I will continue to use it for Macro work!
They do seem to get in quite a mess with the pollen,much to the advantage of the flowers I suppose?
