14 Years In Germany

Not a Blipday - that will happen soon though.  But in 2010 Moot (my much missed cat) and I became the newest immigrants to this curious land.

Adding cola to drinks is very, very German.  Why anyone would do it to Apfelwein is beyond me, but there are lots of things that don't make sense.

But there we go - survived 14 years and looking forward to at least 14 more.

If you get the chance, move abroad - your world view will change (if you engage with the new country) and that's never a bad thing.  Plus you might end up looking after donkeys.
