Nature Diary..On an icy winter morning

I sat watching the morning awaken as I drank my freshly brewed cup of coffee, when a familiar small boat floated into sight from behind the screening of Big Tree.
     I stepped out on our balcony to take a photograph, and hopped back indoors rather quickly when the cold hit me!
