Butterfly Resting on the Ground

This butterfly was resting on the ground surrounded by small leaves and twigs. I love the fact that one can see the multi-eyeness of the butterfly something that I have never seen before.

I think this is a Common Brown Butterfly, hardly an inspiring name, if this is the case.
