Focus

Today has been defined by ... Football. Not my usual Saturday occupation - but I was delighted by to total absorption of my grandsons, and in particular the elder of the two, in their class this morning. Alan, shown here, is already, at the age of four, a skilled ball player who had me yelling him on from the sidelines in a most unseemly fashion.

Not really me, but that's grandmothering for you - fair changes a woman!
