Templeton at night

Modelled on the Doge's Palace in Venice, this former carpet factory now houses the West Brewery. All their beers are brewed in strict accordance with the 1516 Reinheitsgebot, the ancient German Purity Law which allows only malted barley, hops, yeast and water to be used in the brewing process.

We headed the for dinner last night with A&P after a day in the garden. It was jumping! Lots of folk sitting outside enjoying the evening sun. The food was excellent, as was the beer although slightly disappointed they had run out my favourite, the St Mungo. So I enjoyed a few glasses of the "4" instead.
