Exhausted!

Today was the turn of the Olympic distance and K and I stuck around to support H, another Frome Tri Club member.

H did brilliantly and finished the 1,500m swim, 40km bike and 10km run in 2hrs 14mins, which is amazing and 1hr 7mins quicker than I did my Olympic tri in, just awesome!

Then a 4hr drive back to good old Somerset, a great weekend, but its good to be home and get back to training to go longer, quicker next time, well hopefully!
