A day of trials and tribulations, and very little joy.  Finding the pair of socks that Rani had been playing with definitely the highlight.

On call tonight with a deep sense of foreboding.  Do not call me and ask me to repair something that management (should) have told you to fix 6 months ago.  That's not my job.  The intention is to be very strict about that.
