How to cheer someone up - NOT!

I don't feel particularly old, in fact I don't notice age creep up very often just the odd sore thumb joint, the odd creak of the back and the wrinkles when I look in the mirror.
However, I was brought firmly down to Earth this morning when I opened a letter DWP. I think the picture says it all!
