Lily

It is always nice to be presented with some lovely flowers!
Our weekend guests brought these for me, and some of the lillies are just opening today. What a difference the green fernery makes!
My Bookclub gathering was well attended this afternoon, and the weather provided an interesting backdrop to our discussions. Sun, then dark clouds, thunder and heavy rain all passed over the house we were in, looking out on to a lovely garden.
Our book was "Atonement" by Ian McEwan, which produced a lively discussion!
