Oh great I thought, blip the sunday newapaper mags....recycling day was tuesday.
Went through cupboard and found these. I did start taking them but didn`t notice any difference so I stopped and shoved the packet to the back of the cupboard. They expired 2 years ago..oops

Does anybody take this and does it work?
