MERRY KITMAS

My Dear Princess and Dear Fellow,

Today has been a very laid-back Christmas day. There was nowhere no go, no relatives to visit, no drop-ins. 

It has been blazing hot outside with the sound of chirpy birds as our Xmas chorus. 

Punky continues to be our best Xmas present. Today he did his first "couch pat" since his op.

The "couch pat" is a thing he does if I don't do his bidding fast enough. He deploys the paw and very deliberately pats the cushion I'm sitting on. Oftentimes it is accompanied by a meow. 

It's a very good sign that he is back to being bossy.

Caro and I have watched lots of tv and eaten many things. We watched Elton John: Never Too Late and Alien On Stage.

Alien On Stage is a bit special. 

Tomorrow will be a lot more sociable, but today Caro is grateful. She loves Christmas in pyjamas with cats. Merry Kitmas, one and all.
