Niksen

Well, you come across new words all the time - and today's lovely little surprise was discovering there is a book called "Niksen: Embracing the Dutch Art of Doing Nothing", that has to be a Xmas twin for kalsarikännit which you all remember is the Finnish term for sitting at home on your own, wearing only underwear and drinking.


For those horrified by the mental image, trousers and top are being worn here.


But if you are indulging in an underwear only Xmas - go for it.  Have a lovely time.
