Ha! I almost forgot to blip. I left work early today, both to go to the bank and get money (since I cancelled both of my debit cards yesterday), and to grab my new camera, which had just arrived.

It's an Olympus E-P1, a camera I've been waiting for for years - a largish compact with a real sensor. It also has a nice prime lens, instead of some lame slow zoom. It's also, miraculously, slightly smaller than a Pentax ME Super (don't tell me you don't keep a reference ME Super around).

I took it out to the bank, then went out again at dusk to see how it does in my natural environment...it was fabulous. We will have good times together.
