Busy day (for once!)

For the first time since starting ObG I've had a full day. Once a month there is an interdepartmental unusual case presentation which was interesting. I'm glad I skipped breakfast this morning though, the first case was about maggot infestations, and came with lots of videos- it made me feel so sick.
After that there were rounds, followed by 3 labour ward deliveries and 2 emergencies in the afternoon. I also finally got round to posting the postcards I bought on my first day in Mysore, I've had them stashed in a draw for over 6 weeks now!
