Quite a dog!

Basco the boxer was Mark's running partner...until four months ago when Basco woke with a paralysed hind leg which had to be amputated. Due to Basco's high level of fitness from keeping pace with his human partner (a superior athlete) he has adapted well to life on three legs and was out on a walk at the old airstrip with Mark as the sun hung low over the water.
Mark says it breaks his heart to go running without him.
