Neighbour disputes

We are heading for a major issue with our next door neighbours. We have tried to work with them ever since they moved in a few years back. We have given in to pretty much all their demands to date, but there are issues which they want sorted now and we are not prepared to yield any further.

I'm in no mood to elaborate just now. This dispute is going to end up being settled in court and involve the police. Amen to the happy life here.

Our neighbour's idea of a compromise is that they get 100% and we get nothing. That's what every request of "compromise" comes down to. They simply bully everyone until they get their own way.

This has been on my mind for a long time now,

Enough's enough. Even though it will now make our life hell, so be it.

If only there was something called a peace lily, huh? If only such a thing existed in real life.

Life was good here before they moved in.
