Sick As A Parrot

A very hard to take 2-0 defeat in the semi-final of the Lincolnshire Senior Cup to Lincoln City tonight. Living in Lincoln and being a Scunthorpe fan makes the likelihood of being mercilessly mocked much greater. And Big Bloke is a Lincoln fan too, although we came to an agreement many years ago that if we wanted to stay married our football teams were off limits for teasing purposes.

Because the Lincoln supporting friends of ours who went with us were kind enough not to snigger on the way home, and because we didn't get beaten up by the Burberry hatted chavs spoiling for a fight at the end of the game Sporty Boy and I are calling that a result.

In other news the Little Ginger Boy thrashed Sporty Boy at Doritos Crash Course 2 on Xbox, the first time he's ever beaten his brother at anything, so worth recording, and I did all the ironing, which isn't.
