Haig's Dimple

A very nice single malt whisky tasting last night featuring Tormore, Glenburgie, Imperial, Dailuaine and Caol Ila distilleries. Tonight saw the final dram of the Dimple, bought at our visit to Glenkinchie distillery. It's a whisky I remember from my childhood, in that I had a bedroom lamp which had a mosaic style tile covered Dimple bottle as a base - I don't recall ever seeing any of the whisky itself, though I do remember the 'don't be vague, ask for Haig' advertising catchphrase.
