are the biggest challenge at the moment. Its not that I can't go up and down but it's very dull. Good leg up, bad leg up (onto the same step) and so on. Coming down same routine but bad leg first. So I pretty much live on the ground floor. Which is Ok.

Gareth's coping with all sorts of problems in Glasgow among other things the CCTV company sent a guy who only had one working arm. So when he took out the ceiling panel to put his cable up there he dropped the panel and pulled some of the lighting cables out. Then he did it again with another panel this time he pulled out the cables he hadn't pulled out the first time, bent the panel, scratched the paintwork and chipped the worktop.

Sam is on site in Curzon Street, where the GA has been changed three times between eight o'clock and four this afternoon. It's fair to say he's got his hands full. So I spent today pretty much fire fighting, on the phone solid for three or four hours. So no walk today, but on the plus side I felt very comfortable walking around the house with no crutches. Progress!
