Flora brings chicks around

Our 10-year-old buddy Flora brought her new chicks around for us to see today. We were captivated with them jumping in and out of the box and got to hold and pat their soft feathers.

Oscar has been sleeping brilliantly the past three nights. Granny told him that if he wakes up he needs to close his eyes again. He now says he "Knows what to do". Sounds too simple but whatever works!

The kiwi Winter weather is still delightful. We are being spoilt with all the sunshine. We are also enjoying a lot of fresh fish for dinner!
