Din Tai Fung

This is a fantastic dumpling restaurant.

I didn't like the Dim Sum I had tried in the UK but the ones made here are little pillows of heaven.

You can watch how they are made through this glass screen.

All the people who serve you wear masks, gloves and white uniforms.
All very hygienic.
