Snow no more

Made the effort to get up and out that bit earlier this morning. Opening the motorhome door showed we had wasted our time. Rain (drizzle) was already in the air and heavy cloud overhead was an accurate indicator that there would not be a lovely sunrise on snow covered fells. We still had a walk up to Friars Cragg where waves were rolling in.

A sore back from overdoing things yesterday called an early end to the walk and instead found an independent cafe in town for breakfast.

The rest of the day has been quiet. Fingers crossed the rest of the week improves in weather and mobility.
