Tree Nude

Yesterday I found the most amazing park. It was like photograph heaven. While I was walking I found this tree. It had toppled over, revealing its underside. I've never seen the underside of a tree before, but something struck me as to how beautiful it seemed. Now on reflection I consider I spent a lot of time photographing its most private parts, as it lay helpless, vulnerable and decaying for all the world to see.
