Rock

Took the kids and our visitors up to Macduff[ Marine Aquarium today as it was pouring rain, which scuppered our plans to go up Bennachie with the dogs ! After a couple of hours looking at fish we bought a lovely fish supper from the chip shop which was very tasty.
Then we drove along the coast to find Tarlair outdoor swimming pool. I remember visiting there when I was very young and being in the boating pond. Unfortunately it has fallen into disrepair over the last thirty years so is no longer used. But the scenery is still very dramatic, including this big arch of craggy rock ( im sure there is a proper geological name for it ) which the kids enjoyed exploring, even though we all got soaked in the rain.
