That's actually a phrase that means an extremely weird person. :)

I was warned that summer is a difficult time to tog tweety birds as they are moulting and hiding.

I spotted a pair of goldfinches on a bare branch at the top of a field maple tree. Out of reach of my 400mm really but they were illuminated by the evening sun against a cloudless sky. Charming ;) (The collective noun for goldfinches is a charm. :) )
