Double-barred Finch (Taeniopygia bichenovii)

Saw lots of little birds in the tree out by the fence, and managed to get this shot. I've never seen these before, and there were not any around today (3rd August)

Not a Cloud in the sky;
This was my original blip, but took it down so I could put up the bird.
This is the road going into the Glenalva fossicking area, where we have been digging. The track that I posted a few days ago, goes off this road. It was hard to resist the view this morning, as there wasn't a cloud to be seen.
