To celebrate the 10kg weight loss by Paladian, also known as Mrs Rower, I decided to do a slow shutter-speed blip of her flashing up and down the rower.

All of this has been achieved since February. Each afternoon at 4:30 we coach each other through our tough training sessions, and other sessions less stressful are done rowing together on the Concept2s. These are the rowing machines, also called ergs, that we will compete on in the Aussie Masters Games in October.
