Morning mist

Another 6am start but this time we woke up to this amazing view outside. The cloud had come down over the lake in the night creating this amazing atmosphere.
The cloud quickly lifted and then spent the next few hours floating up and down as we started up the pass.
When we reached the top of the pass which was at 3300 metres it was very scrambly and a bit worrying because of the drops on either side. Then there was a huge scree slope which took a long time to descend but was quite fun, especially when you ran down.
When we reached the bottom, Dad realised he had left the camera at the top of the pass so he had to go all the way back up.
Below the scree and terminal morraine, there was a lovely valley with amazing meadows of brightly coloured flowers and butterflies.
We walked through a few abandoned yayla's till we got to the one we were planning on staying at as it didn't look like there would be any good camping spots. However they said they had nowhere for us to stay so we carried on up the hill till we found a flattish spot by the river to camp.
