Bird

Today I was reasonably mobile until Dougal decided to play, by hooking the tea towel out of my hands, when moving quickly away from him, I once again trapped the nerve in my back. Fortunately I was able to very quickly lay on the bed and recovery was reasonably rapid. However, it has made me very aware that I can still do almost nothing and even that only slowly. Today's picture was again taken whilst getting a cup of coffee from the kitchen.
