Bun cha

Preparation of a traditional Hanoi dish, bun cha.

Hanoi has been described as a town 'transfixed by bun cha'.

I wouldn't go that far as I would say that Hanoians are more transfixed with trying to run you over on their motorbikes, but bun cha is a pleasant choice for lunch.

Noodles = bun
Pork = cha
