My good friend, doctor of philosophy and psychologist extraordinaire, Denis McCoy, contemplates temperatures that today approached 39C here in France. Thunderstorms are forecast for tonight, but the heat will return, regardless, tomorrow. The weather, it seems, just wants to be talked about.
