Owen,Olivia,Rafi,Brad and Niall

We've had a lovely day at home. Nina isn't here ,so it feels a bit strange to be here without her, she s gone on holiday with her friend James to Spain, so I'm sure she'll be having a great time.
Colin was at work, so it was me Kiera and Jodie and Luke and lots of Rafi's friends. Plenty of laughter and joke telling again.
Rafi wasn't keen this morning to be given a piggy back down the stairs and Colin couldn't hang around waiting for him to change his mind. A bit later we managed to assist Rafi down the stairs on his bottom, a much better method which gives Rafi exercise and saves Colin's back!
