Full twisting somersault

It's been a really busy day for us.

We went to Aqua Zumba for the first time, this morning. It's the first exercise class that I have been to in years. H and her friend came too. We joined my sis-in-law and her friend, who have been going for a few weeks now. It wasn't too bad. The girls want to go again next week!

Just after lunch, H and I went into our local town to buy her school shoes, and for other bits and pieces that she needs for the new school year. She sweet talked me into buying her 3 pairs of shoes - the school pair, some sandals and a really lovely pair of jellies.

It was a mad dash once we got in, to tidy up and get the tea on before we left for her trampoline lesson at 5. She spent most of her lesson practising her front and back full twisting somersaults, which she has mastered quite quickly.

It was lovely at teatime. Dad came over to join us, and for the first time in ages (probably since the hot weather began), we sat in the dining room and chatted over dinner.

It's been a pretty good day all in all!!!
