Clock Tower

The clock tower of the old Town Hall/Court House on Sheffield's Waingate.
It seems a lovely building, but I've never known it open. I've seen photos of the inside (I think the condition of the interior is checked on now and again).
It's a shame to see it disused and its clock stopped.
Today I glanced up at the clock tower and noticed its backdrop of dark cloud. It was just begging to be blipped.
